I need love, I can tell you that. But how are you? How are things wherever you call home? If you unwisely share my passion for irony, we are living in an age where it falls from the skies like summer rain. I could have chosen any number of examples to set the tone here. Three governors ago we had a fellow plead guilty to a felony while holding office. Embarassing, maybe, but that takes some doing. Two governors ago John Kasich looked like a right stand-up man of the people when held up against your boy Trump. Our voting districts are so gerrymandered we can ask “Why even bother?” WITHOUT irony. And the Supreme Court of the State of Ahia ruled a couple/three decades ago that our system of school funding was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. What’d they do? They sent it right back to the legislature, if you want to call it that, where it is still filed somewhere for safekeeping, because you don’t want to rush into these things. Slow and steady kneads the scam. And don’t forget that we shoot our children here, immortalized as we are by Kent State, when a favorite son RepubliKKKlan Govnuh allowed his National Guard off the leash against the threat of those english majors and their lack of arms. And Boy Howdy, if there isn’t plenty more, historically, from where this all came, which I shall hold in escrow for another time, save two examples just as cute as all get out. You’ve noticed I posted a timeline of the due process which sent the former speaker of the Ohio House, as well as the Chair of the Ohio Reptillian Party, and a couple other Buckeyes, to 20 years in a comfy, cozy federal prison. ARROGANCE AND STUPIDITY! It’s as if they bring it in by ore boat across Lake Erie. And it heads across land where it finds me, among others.
And this leads us to a little item from the national news lately where our junior senator is parroting the lies of our former president regarding the undemocratic, UnAmerican treatment he has received from the denizens of the Swamp. Such as myself. Muthaland? Fathaland? That was what I was thinking as I witnessed a replay of our Junior Senator bloviating all over George Snufflupagus about how the last election had serious problems and he would have been insurrectionist top-rank had he been there. Which he was not, I imagine you’ve guessed. I’ll be back to share, yes, I have voted for Repuddlicans, but that’s probably over. And Dems; get strapped.
